Privacy Policy

Stogo CRM ("the App") is a workforce and customer-relationship management tool provided by Tachyon360 ("we", "us") to its own employees and contractors ("you") for sales, field-visit, and account-management work. This policy explains what the App collects on your device and how it is used.

Location data

If your organization has enabled Executive Location Tracking, the App periodically records your device's GPS location — including while the App is closed or running in the background — and shares it with your reporting manager within the same organization. Location is also recorded when you check in or out of a school visit, to verify the visit took place at the expected site.

You must explicitly agree to background location sharing from within the App before it begins, separately from your device's own location permission prompt, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time from Profile → Location Sharing. Visit check-in location is always recorded regardless of this setting, as it is core to how visits are verified.

Other data collected

Name, email, role, and reporting-manager relationship (provisioned by your organization's administrator); school/customer records, visit logs, quotations, orders, payments, and travel claims you create or are assigned in the course of your work; device push-notification token, for in-app alerts; photos you attach to visit notes, delivery confirmations, or expense receipts.

Who can see your data

Visible to your organization's administrators, and to your reporting manager and their own manager up the chain, per your organization's role-based access rules. Never sold, and never shared outside your employer's organization or its data-processing subcontractors (e.g. cloud hosting, storage).

Retention

Retained for the duration of your employment/engagement plus 365 days after account deactivation, or as required by your organization's record-keeping obligations, whichever is longer.

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Smanitha@takyonline.com. Depending on your country (including rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable GCC data-protection regulations), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data.
